Job Description Residential Conveyancer - Legal 200, Legal 500 and Chambers - Surrey
An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer within a successful ranked law firm in Sutton, Surrey in its busy residential conveyancing team.
You will join a collegiate team that all are driven to achieve the best for their clients.
The work is a full range of residential conveyancing, with a focus is on HNW properties in their local area with typical property values above £1 million.
You will be handling:
- Freehold and leasehold
- Sales and purchases
- Transfer of equity
You will:
- Have 7+ years of PQE as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer
- Be able to manage your own caseload
- Be driven to provide a quality level of work and service to clients
