We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience supporting adults in a care home setting
* Remains calm and confident when managing challenging behaviour
* Brings a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
* Communicates clearly, kindly, and with empathy
* Has a genuine passion for caring for others
The Essentials
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Willingness to register with the SSSC within 6 months
