About the Activities Coordinator role

* Work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
* Organize and lead social and leisure activities to promote physical, mental, and social well-being
* Bring creative ideas for activities and engage residents in meaningful ways
* Be kind, supportive, and respectful to residents, families, and colleagues


Skills needed

* Teamwork and a positive attitude
* No experience necessary; training provided
* Good communication skills and flexibility
* Genuine care and respect for older people
