* Build and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, generating new and repeat business.
* Manage the entire sales journey, prioritizing customer wants and needs to help them achieve their dream bathroom.
* Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to trade customers.
* Increase local awareness of the showroom using creative marketing strategies.
* Strive to make your showroom the best by exceeding customer expectations.
* Previous sales experience is preferred but a positive attitude is most important.
You will have an innovative approach to identify growth opportunities, working collaboratively to drive results with integrity and honesty.
