The practice has grown steadily and is now seeking an experienced Mixed Veterinary Surgeon to become part of its close-knit and collaborative team.

The Role & Caseload
This is a genuine mixed position including:
Small animal work
Seasonal beef and sheep farm work
A small amount of equine
Advanced sheep reproduction facilities, including embryo transfer
The rota is structured, organised, and fair, with continued investment in staffing to support work–life balance. Dedicated surgery days are built into the week to allow focused clinical time.

Candidate Requirements
MRCVS registered
Minimum 3 years’ mixed practice experience
Confident managing a varied caseload
Committed to high clinical standards
Values teamwork and a positive working culture
Due to existing structured support for a current new graduate, this position is not suitable for new or recent graduates.
