Job title: Bar and Restaurant Manager, Hotel Du Vin – Salary: £33k per annum plus up to £38k OTE (including monthly incentive and TRONC) – Permanent Contract – 45 Hours – Location: Harrogate
As a full‑time Bar and Bistro Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation. You will coach and support your team to deliver to the highest standards while ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.

* Run a branded restaurant operation within a hotel setting.
* Co‑operate with the hotel team to uphold service standards and operational goals.
* Ensure budgeted targets and KPIs are met.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience running a branded restaurant operation.
* Previous role as a Restaurant or Bar Manager within a hotel, or strong interest in progressing to a hotel career.
