Responsibilities
* Carry out building surveying duties, including but not limited to:
* Condition Surveys.
* Dilapidations.
* Part Wall Awards.
* Defects Diagnosis.
* Pre-acquisition surveys.
* PPMP and asset condition schedules.
* Measured Surveys.
* Design & Specification writing.
* Contract Administration.
* Quality and Technical Monitoring.
Key Requirements & Experience
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
* Minimum experience of 5 years in Building Surveying.
* RICS Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
* Client facing with an ability to build long‑term relationships.
* Strong technical delivery experience.
* Excellent specification writing skills.
* Good understanding of JCT Contracts.
* Excellent IT skills including electronic survey methods.
* Previously employed by a consultancy.
* A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious.
* Collaborative approach with experience of working within teams, and operating under own initiative.
* Flexible approach to working.
