Responsibilities
* Lead stock accuracy and loss prevention strategy, driving outbound accuracy performance to consistently achieve and exceed 99.75% targets.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to improve stock holding accuracy, operational efficiency and future technology solutions across the network.
* Manage and develop our strategic stocktaking partner, setting clear objectives, monitoring KPIs and driving accountability, coaching and high performance.
* Partner with site leadership, retail, supply chain and finance teams to improve compliance, investigate stock issues and deliver measurable performance improvements.
* Analyse industry trends, report on stock loss performance and lead initiatives that enhance operational standards, supplier compliance and shareholder outcomes.
* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics or stock management, with strong end-to-end operational knowledge.
* Subject matter expert in logistics processes, systems and stock loss management, using data analytics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across matrix and leadership teams.
* Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and driving accountability, performance and collaboration.
* Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities, capable of managing competing priorities, adapting to change and resolving complex operational challenges.

Salary & Hours
Salary: £59,000 - £72,000 depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Working pattern: Monday - Friday.
