Bridge House Independent School is seeking to employ a Qualified Science Teacher for a September 2026 start!
Bridge House School is seeking an ambitious and committed Science Teacher to join our growing team. We are looking for a skilled practitioner with experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4, and the ability or enthusiasm to deliver Applied Science and BTEC qualifications within our KS4 offer.
Bridge House is a specialist SEMH provision supporting pupils who cannot currently access mainstream education. We provide a nurturing, trauma‑informed environment where pupils can re‑engage with learning, develop confidence and gain the skills they need for future success. Our broad and balanced curriculum values academic progress, emotional literacy, self‑regulation and strong social skills.
As part of our expansion, the successful candidate will teach KS3 Science and contribute to our unique curriculum, including Applied Science BTEC, Farm School and BTEC Animal Care, offering pupils meaningful, practical and engaging learning experiences.
