This is a rare opportunity for a charismatic hands‑on Restaurant Manager to join a truly iconic establishment and lead an exceptional front‑of‑house team.

* £50,000 to £55,000 package (negotiable for the right person)
* 4‑day working week
* 5 weeks holiday including: 2 weeks at Christmas, 2 weeks in summer and 1 week in spring

Responsibilities as the Restaurant Manager
* Lead the restaurant’s front‑of‑house operations with presence, charisma and precision
* Deliver an unforgettable guest journey in line with 2‑Michelin Star standards
* Recruit, inspire and mentor a passionate team with a strong focus on training and development
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless experience from kitchen to table
* Uphold and enhance the restaurant’s reputation as one of the UK’s most exclusive dining experiences
About you
* Natural host, personable, engaging and utterly obsessed with guest experience
* Hands‑on in approach with the ability to lead from the floor and set the tone for excellence
* Proven track record at the highest level within Michelin‑starred or world‑renowned fine dining restaurants
* A passion for training, developing and inspiring your team to deliver service that matches the very best in the world
