Production Operative – Day Shift
Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-time (48 hrs) – 4 Days On / 4 Days Off | Shift: 6am – 6pm
Salary: Starting at £25,555.53

Our salads thrive in cool conditions—just like our team. With average factory temps at 5°C, we provide all the gear you’ll need to stay warm and comfortable, along with hot drinks and a great canteen to keep you fuelled.
We’ve got several key roles available on our day shift, each offering solid pay, long-term stability, and room to grow.
Factory Operative – £25,555.53 pa
Keep our production lines moving by feeding materials, packing goods, and supporting your teammates to hit daily targets.
Service Operative – £26,957.84 pa
Take charge of stock control, track product flow, and ensure raw materials get to where they’re needed—accurately and efficiently.
Intake Operative – £29,615.95 pa
Unload deliveries, check materials in, and keep everything traceable and safe—playing a vital role in food safety and supply chain accuracy.
Despatch Operative – £29,615.95 pa
Pick, scan, and prep customer orders using our internal system and PPTs. You’ll be the final step before our products head out the door.
Machine Operative – £32,671.73 pa
Keep our machines humming. You’ll monitor performance, handle basic mechanical tasks, and keep waste low—all while sticking to top food safety standards.
