Job Title: Customer and Network Manager

What is the opportunity?
As the Customer and Network Manager, you will act as a vital link between our customers, drivers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting both the customer service and traffic teams to maintain high service standards.
1. Manage and clear network messages and discrepancies (discreps)
2. Allocate collections and accept customer jobs into the system
3. Support the customer service team with queries and escalations
4. Assist the traffic team with operational coordination
5. Book in trunking operations and ensure timely scheduling
6. Update Proof of Delivery (POD) records and maintain accurate documentation
7. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
8. Provide support to drivers with delivery-related queries
9. Conduct occasional route and delivery planning
10. Identify and claim back missed or lost revenue opportunities
What we need from you:
11. Experience in logistics, transport, or customer service roles (preferred)
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
14. Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office tools
15. Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
16. A proactive and team-oriented approach
