Job Overview
My client is a highly established top‑tier law firm seeking an experienced Law Costs Draftsman / Costs Lawyer with civil drafting and negotiation experience.
Responsibilities
* Draft and negotiate civil costs in medium to large cost files from start to completion.
* Prepare and review civil billing, paying or receiving costs.
* Handle court of protection bills (beneficial experience but not required).
* Provide support and guidance on advocacy matters.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in civil costs drafting and negotiation.
* Strong knowledge of civil billing procedures.
* Experience working with medium to large cost files.
* Familiarity with court of protection procedures (preferred).
