About you You’ve spent years around powder coating, wet spray and prep, and it shows. You know what a good finish looks like before it’s even cured. You enjoy being hands on, but you’re just as comfortable stepping back and leading a team when needed. People listen to you because you know your trade, not because of a job title. You like things organised, calm and running properly. You care about standards, but you’re practical about how work actually gets done on a busy shop floor. Your experience You’ve built solid experience in industrial painting, powder coating or a similar finishing environment. At some point, you naturally moved into leading others, setting the pace, answering questions and being the one people turn to when something isn’t quite right. You understand preparation, coatings, curing and quality checks. You’re confident maintaining and fault-finding equipment, reading drawings, and making sensible decisions when materials or finishes don’t behave as expected. Health and safety is second nature to you, not an afterthought.
