Working as part of the Trade Services management team, delivering Gas Servicing and Repairs for our domestic and corporate estates, based at Waterside Park in Swindon. The role involves managing a direct labour team supported by contracted subcontractors.
Job Purpose
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of gas servicing and repairs for 10,500 tenanted homes and 700 corporate and commercial properties.
