Attendance Officer – Supportive Secondary School – Wolverhampton (West Midlands)

Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Attendance Officer to join a supportive secondary school in Wolverhampton. This is a key role focused on improving student attendance, punctuality and engagement.

The successful candidate will monitor attendance data, follow up on absences and work closely with staff, students and families to support attendance improvement strategies. You will play a vital role in ensuring that students are present, engaged and ready to learn.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication and the ability to manage sensitive information effectively.
