Join a leading Banking and Financial Services provider as a Salesforce Business Analyst!Job Overview:As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shapingplex, Salesforce‑led change programmes, acting as a consultative force multiplier for delivery teams. You will own and drive business analysis oues across multi‑team, multi‑vendor environments, ensuring clarity, alignment, and value throughout the delivery lifecycle.In addition to core analysis responsibilities, you will actively enhance delivery effectiveness by leveraging agentic AI, automation, and modern delivery tools to improve speed, quality, and decision‑making across the change journey. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, working in close partnership with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Change Leads to deliver oues that are strategically aligned, operationally robust, and execution‑ready.Location: London E14 5HPRate: Daily rate, in-scope IR35 £450 per day (via a Hays Approved Umbrellapany).Contract Length: 31 Dec 2026Work Schedule: 2-3 days onsite/week
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end business analysis acrossplex Salesforce programmes spanning Sales, Service, and Marketing within a regulated B2B Financial Services environment, operating at programme and portfolio level.
2. Shape and influence solution direction in close collaboration with Solution Architects and senior stakeholders, translating business intent into pragmatic, scalable, andpliant designs while balancing value, feasibility, risk, and control.
3. Act as a senior consultant rather than a delivery-only analyst, providing constructive challenge, advisory input, and thought leadership to drive optimal oues across journeys, platforms, and delivery teams.
4. Accelerate delivery through the effective use of intelligent tooling and agentic AI, including AI-assisted requirements elaboration, automated traceability and impact analysis, intelligent backlog prioritisation, and accelerated UAT preparation and defect triage.
5. Coach and enable teams in theerned, responsible adoption of AI and automation, improving flow, quality, and productivity withoutpromising regulatory, data, or control obligations.
6. Build strong, credible relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, confidently representing the customer and business voice across programme ceremonies, cross-journey forums, workshops, sprint reviews, and UAT cycles.
7. Operate effectively within Scaled Agile / SCRM / Agile delivery models, supporting high-quality user stories, backlog refinement and prioritisation, dependency management, sequencing, and roadmap alignment across multiple teams.
8. Take ownership of risk identification, mitigation, and control alignment, ensuring requirements, designs, and delivery artefacts meet Barclays’ernance, regulatory, and operational readiness standards.
9. Leadplex, cross-functional initiatives with material business impact, coaching colleagues, improving ways of working and tooling, and performingplex analysis using multiple internal and external information sources.
