You will be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills. You will have flexibility to work on a rota.</p><p>No previous working experience is needed. To support you in this role, full training will be provided to you on supporting people with complex needs. You will undertake our "New to Forensic" training programme and forensic e-learning to ensure you have all the right tools to do your job with ease.</p><p>We believe having the right values of respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity is all you need to join our team!</p><h3>About Us – North Lanarkshire</h3><p>The North Lanarkshire service predominantly provides self-directed support, which allows individuals to have and use their own budgets which has been personally allocated to help people with a variety of needs including physical and/or learning disabilities and mental health conditions. Additionally, we support people who may have complex support needs and/or forensic histories.</p><p>Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive a separate sleepover payment of £107.60 for every sleepover shift you work!</p><p>If you are dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, we would love to hear from you.</p><p>In addition to your pay, you will also be paid for travel time from service to service at a rate of 45p per mile.</p><p>We welcome applications from all candidates who are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
