Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant – Challenging Behaviour Location: Sheffield, S11 Contract: Full-time / Part-time (term-time only) Start Date: ASAP / By agreement About the Role We are seeking a committed, resilient and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in the S11 area of Sheffield. This role involves working closely with pupils who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with a particular focus on supporting challenging behaviour in the classroom and wider school environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils regulate their behaviour, access learning, and develop positive relationships, while promoting a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
