Purpose of the role
To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency.
Accountabilities
1. Manage strategic operational changes and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including assessing impacts on people, processes, and systems.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs to support operational teams and align operations with the bank’s objectives.
3. Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder adoption.
4. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness, utilizing data and technology for continuous improvement.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
6. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders through training and coaching during change initiatives.
