The role:
1. Coordinate customer declarations and ensure all incoming food waste is correctly logged and traceable.
2. Communicate with customers to gather essential documentation for compliance.
3. Keep accurate and up-to-date records in line with ISCC requirements.
4. Support internal teams (supply chain, operations, compliance) with data and reporting.
