Pay Rate: £105 - £140 (dependant on experience)

Contract: Full time, Temporary introduction with the opportunity to go Permanent in September
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a HLTA for an Ofsted “Outstanding” Primary School in the Wigan area. They believe “children succeed best in an atmosphere where high expectations are underpinned by core values such as tolerance, love forgiveness and respect as we seek to live out our mission Statement on a daily basis”. They are situated just off the A577, easily accessible via public transport links.
The ideal candidate will have:
* HLTA status / Meet the HLTA standards.
* Child Workforce DBS on the update service.
* Be able to cover planned absences in behalf of class teachers.
* Be enthusiastic and have a hands on approach to helping pupils achieve their goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents and colleagues.
* Ability to fulfil the role of a Teaching Assistant as well as higher level tasks such as PPA Cover, Small group tuition and 1:1 support.
