This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Customer Team Member, you will be the face of our store and will play a crucial part in ensuring that every customer has a positive shopping experience.

You will be responsible for providing friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their queries and championing Co-op products and Membership. You will also work together with your colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.

In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and legal store environment, including re-stocking shelves and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
