Key Skills and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues. You will have a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting and hold RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualification and active NMC registration. Your passion for providing person-centered care and promoting independence will drive your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
* To provide hands-on care and support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
* To develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documenting patient progress and any significant events.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
* To participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
