The Company
They are an international market expansion and corporate innovation consultancy with clients in Europe, America, and East Asia. Established in 1990, the company has 27 offices worldwide and approximately 180 employees.
The Role and Responsibilities
To support innovation consulting work for international clients, they seek a full-time Project Coordinator based at either the Oxford or London office. Hybrid working with travel is required.
You will collaborate with project teams delivering client projects and support sales and marketing activities.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience or strong interest in technology, including information technology, and with creative and/or copywriting skills. Particular interest is in software/digital transformation, renewable energy, or green technology.
Responsibilities include:
* Research, technology scouting, and new business development for international corporate clients in Europe
* Preparing regular reports in English for clients
* Engaging with clients to facilitate collaboration with technology partners, universities, and other stakeholders in Europe
* Preparing and accompanying overseas clients on visits to Europe
* Developing sales and marketing collateral
* Other project delivery and marketing tasks
Candidate Profile
* University degree in business, marketing, international relations, or technology/engineering
* Fluent in English with excellent writing and creative skills
* Fluent Japanese preferred, ideally with experience studying or working in Japan
* Interest or experience in business, marketing, Japan/Asia, and technology/innovation
* Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with potential collaborators
* Korean language skills are also of interest
