Job Duties:
* Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their educational and social development
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities
* Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour
* Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
* Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Level 2 qualification in Childcare
* Passion for education and supporting student development
* Enhanced DBS Certificate
Education:
Level 2 qualification in Childcare
Experience:
Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proactive approach to supporting student learning
* Strong behavioural management skills
* Effective communication and time management abilities
* Patience and understanding towards students with SEN

Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare
* Additional training in supporting students with SEN
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school setting with students with Special Educational Needs
* Full-time hours, with occasional additional hours for meetings or events
* Collaboration with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
