Description
Eke Security is a privately run company which was established in 1996. Since then, they have grown to become Gloucestershire's leading security installer specialising in a wide range of top quality state-of-the-art security products for home and business.
They are now looking to employ 1 apprentice. The successful individual will get the opportunity to work for an established local employer and become a multi-disciplined Fire and Security engineer.
They would be looking to induct for the March induction.
Entry requirements
* Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS and pass screening
* A driving license is not required
* 16-18 preferable
Training to be provided
Initially, the apprentice will work alongside experienced engineers, learning and developing in the fields of both fire and security.
The qualification you would be studying towards is the Fire Emergency Security Systems Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training in block release at their Watford Centre. You will attend centre one week every eight weeks.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your block release weeks at the training centre and gather any site evidence needed to supplement your studies.
Things to consider
This is a 36 month apprenticeship, full commitment is needed during this time.

Future prospects
Upon successful completion, you will be offered a full time position as a qualified engineer.
