This job role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent programme management and organisational skills to support the Trusts Redevelopment Programme Management Office (PMO). The role involves managing a major project delivery portfolio, including significant construction activities across acute sites and the community estate to meet strategic clinical objectives.
The post holder will develop and manage the programme workstream, overseeing projects with support from project officers and administrative staff within the PMO. The programme has three themes: QEH, UHL, and the Community estate.

Lead and Develop the Redevelopment Programme Plan
The main objective is to manage the programme to ensure the successful implementation of the Trust Strategy, including:
1. Delivering the Estate Blueprint (construction delivery)
2. Developing the community property estate strategy and delivery plan
3. Managing Redevelopment Steering Groups and Programme Boards autonomously
4. Preparing and supporting managers attending Programme Board meetings
5. Tracking and implementing actions from Programme Boards and Steering Groups
6. Developing business cases for projects
7. Leading the Blueprint Programme strategically over 5 and 10 years
The post holder will serve as an advisor to the Board and work independently. Key requirements include strong communication, presentation, and programme management skills.
