Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
Hours: 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Location: Holborn, London - fully onsite
Contract: Full Time and Permanent
Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with clinical experience (NMC/HCPC/etc/overseas equivalent) to join us to support patients looking to register with us.
Role Duties:
Dealing with new patient registrations.
Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
Contacting patients interested in registering with service
Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries
Qualification/Experience for Role:
Extensive experience within a high performing sales or recruitment role desired
Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred
Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues effectively and efficiently
Interest or background within medical cannabis preferred
Clinical experience within a healthcare-based setting (UK/Overseas) preferred
