Assistant SENCo – Full Time | Immediate Start | Staffordshire

This is an immediate start role, running until the end of the academic year, with a strong view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

As Assistant SENCo, you will play a key role in supporting the SENCo with the day-to-day coordination of SEN provision, contributing to EHCP processes, liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies, and helping ensure that pupils with additional needs are fully supported to thrive academically and emotionally.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with SEN pupils in a secondary setting
*
Knowledge of SEN processes, EHCPs, and statutory requirements
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
A proactive, calm, and solutions-focused approach
*
SENCo or Assistant SENCo experience (desirable, not essential)
