Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Primary Care HCSW based at GP Practices in East HCSP.
Please note this vacancy is on a fixed term basis until March 2026.
What You Will Do
NHS Ayrshire and Arran are seeking to employ Health Care Support Workers (HCSW) to work within our developing Community Treatment and Care Service. This will be based within General Practice in East HSCP working as part of an integrated nursing team model and wider General Practice multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality person centred nursing care and defined nursing interventions, primarily in a Community and Treatment Room Setting, to a cluster population and the wider locality.

Community/General Practice experience is desirable but not essential as learning required to fulfil the responsibilities of the post will be supported in practice.
