Responsibilities
* Processing bets and assisting with customer queries.
* Working as part of a team to assist the day to day running of the shop.
* Building relationships with customers and making them feel at home by delivering excellent customer service.
* Maintaining high shop standards.
Skills and Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
* Previous cash handling experience or experience providing excellent customer care.
* Full UK driving licence and access to/own transport.
* Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent).
