Job purpose
The primary function of this role is to manage the daily operations in the work area from people to product & premises. Example compliance to company objectives, people & culture, safety, quality & sustainability policies, plan attainment, yield, waste & Overall Equipment Effectiveness management where the factory teams are empowered to improve key performance indicators.
