The Rewards: Reach £50k OTE
We believe in rewarding those who put the work in. Between your base pay, our performance-driven bonus, and extra Saturday work, your earning potential is high:
* Competitive Basic: £32,000 – £42,000 (Negotiable based on experience/qualifications).
* Productivity Bonus: An uncapped, efficiency-based scheme allowing top-performing techs to reach an OTE of £50,000.
* Saturday Pay: Saturdays are paid in addition to your basic salary—putting even more money in your pocket every month.
* Manufacturer Training: Full access to professional academy training to reach Master Tech status.
