* Preparation of monthly management accounts and support for group reporting
* Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Compliance with statutory requirements and audit support
* Continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
* Delivery of financial analysis and insight to inform business decisions
* Collaboration with operational teams to enhance performance and profitability
* Oversight of balance sheet reconciliations and transactional accuracy
* Year-end reporting and liaison with external auditors
* Contribution to private equity reporting requirements and investor updates
Candidate Profile
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally from a top-tier practice
* Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
