Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to step up to Principal level or already working at Principal level and looking for a new challenge? Our client – a respected consultancy with a growing civils team – is seeking a motivated and versatile engineer to help shape their future growth.
The Role
You will work closely with the Senior Engineers and the Associate within a dynamic team of 10+, taking responsibility for leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and delivering a wide variety of civil engineering schemes. This is an opportunity to join a business with exciting growth plans, including building their Edinburgh office by the end of the year and doubling in size over the next three years.
What You’ll Be Working On
The team undertakes a diverse mix of projects, including:
* Housebuilding infrastructure
* Active travel and public realm schemes
* High-profile developments across the UK
What They’re Looking For
* Chartered or close to chartered
* All-round civil engineering design experience across infrastructure, drainage, roads, and public realm
* Strong technical ability, but equally happy leading, mentoring and client-facing
* Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)
* Annual bonus
* Supportive, collaborative culture with clear progression pathways
