Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Dignity Funerals Ltd, based in Maidenhead (Hybrid). This full-time, permanent role offers 38.75 hours per week, with a salary of £32,000–£36,000 per annum plus a £4,000 car allowance.
We’re growing our digital funeral plan products and are seeking someone who is early in their marketing career, ready to take ownership, experiment with cutting-edge tools, and grow into a more senior role.
Responsibilities
* Plan, launch and optimise paid search, display and social campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy and manage creative assets for digital display.
* Apply AI tools to improve targeting, automate optimisation and generate performance insights.
* Own campaign reporting—extract and consolidate data, translate data into clear, actionable recommendations using visual storytelling.
* Collaborate with CRM, SEO, content and web teams to align paid media with broader marketing efforts.
* Assist with website updates, landing page creation and SEO improvements to support acquisition and conversion.
* Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
* Monitor budgets and campaign spend to ensure delivery against targets and KPIs.
What we are looking for
* A self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and performance optimisation.
* Experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising and Taboola.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple campaigns.
* Collaborative team player who communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and an understanding of how large language models can enhance campaign performance.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign setup best practices.
* Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or related field preferred but not essential. Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint advantageous.
