Person Specification
* must be 21 and over
* A qualified Teacher (degree = PGCE or equivalent) - SENCO qualification desirable
* The school would consider anyone without QTS status if they have a strong background in working in education, particularly SEMH
* You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
* Proven success in leading teams and raising achievement
* Be a creative leader
