Your Role
As a Performance Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring every car that leaves our workshop performs at its absolute best. From in-depth diagnostics to precision repairs and performance enhancements, you'll bring a meticulous approach to every task.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on high-performance and sports vehicles
* Identify, report, and resolve mechanical and electrical faults using advanced tools
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and complete accurate documentation
* Road test vehicles to confirm performance and quality of work
* Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers regarding findings and solutions
* Uphold workshop safety and cleanliness to the highest standard
* Share expertise with junior technicians and contribute to team development
* Keep up-to-date with new technologies and performance trends
What We're Looking For
* Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified technician – ideally with performance or sports cars
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Sound understanding of modern electrical and mechanical systems
* Full UK driving licence
* High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
* Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Genuine passion for performance vehicles and engineering excellence
