As Front Office Manager, you will lead the daily operations of our Front Desk and Switchboard teams, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience for every guest. This is a pivotal leadership role within the Rooms Division, responsible for delivering service excellence, driving team performance, and enhancing guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire the Front Office team, fostering a culture of warm, intuitive service.
2. Ensure all front office operations are executed to the highest standards, aligned with brand expectations and guest needs.
3. Maintain a strong presence in public areas, engaging with guests and responding to feedback in real time.
4. Support the Duty Management programme and act as the senior leader in the absence of the Front of House Manager.
5. Monitor and manage daily staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
6. Oversee the resolution of guest concerns with empathy, discretion, and efficiency.
7. Conduct regular departmental meetings, communicate goals clearly, and ensure alignment across the team.
8. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and audit requirements, including night audit processes.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
