The Day to Day
You will deliver all aspects of the MOT test to Government standards, with the key objective of keeping our customers safe on the road.
You will support the customer through the process, updating them with progress, any work that needs doing, and, where necessary, why their car failed.
It's all about building lifelong customer relationships, and you'll put as much into that as you do the technical aspects of your role.
Who We're Looking For
You will need a valid MOT licence and a driving licence. You should be able to reassure customers that they are in safe hands and build rapport so they choose us for their MOT every year. If there's work to be done around the Centre, you'll be up for pitching in with your colleagues whenever you get a spare moment.
