Loughborough University, the Times and Sunday Times Sports University of the Year 2025, is renowned for sporting excellence. We are recruiting a Systems Officer to enhance our customer service in Loughborough Sport. The role supports key functions like facility hire, sports club bookings, event management, and gym memberships.
Experience with leisure management systems such as Legend by Xplor, Gladstone, or XN is desirable but not essential. The role involves setting high standards of customer service through online support and face-to-face interactions at sports facilities. It also includes troubleshooting system issues faced by colleagues, especially during evenings and weekends, as part of a rotating shift pattern with a 5% shift allowance.
The successful candidate must prioritize customer needs, work comfortably with new systems, and embrace innovative technologies.
