Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Planner based in Wolverhampton.
The Service Planner will manage and coordinate service operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer support. Daily responsibilities include planning service schedules, analyzing operational workflows, maintaining efficient communication with team members and clients, and resolving service issues to achieve customer satisfaction.
The role combines strategic and hands‑on service planning duties to support the excellence and performance of our operations.

* Expertise in Service Planning and Operations Management to streamline workflows and maintain efficiency
* Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, improve processes, and make informed decisions
* Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with teams and maintain excellent client relationships
* Dedication to Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem‑solving and responsive support
* Organizational skills for managing priorities in a fast‑paced work environment
* Proficiency with service management software and related tools. Sharepoint, MS Teams and Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is an advantage
* Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
* Health & Safety accreditations (SSSTS, SMSTS, Nebosh) faverable
