Warehouse Team Leader (Night shift)
We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader (Night shift) on behalf of our client in Didcot, Oxfordshire to oversee daily operational activities within their organisation.
Working closely with the Operations Management team, the Team Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of an operational team, managing workflows, allocating resources, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise a team to ensure all duties are completed in line with operational targets, organisational objectives, and KPIs.
2. Manage daily workflows, prioritising tasks and allocating resources effectively.
3. Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Working Practices (SWPs).
4. Review, maintain, and update SOPs and SWPs to ensure accuracy and relevance.
