Following the acquisition of several new brands, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a proactive Field Sales Manager with a natural talent for relationship-building to help drive growth.

The Role
* Manage a portfolio of around 400 existing accounts while driving new business growth.
* Work with a diverse customer base, including corner shops, farm shops, e-commerce operators, and raw food specialists.
* Upsell and expand product ranges to both new and existing customers.
* Partner with independent retailers to support and grow their businesses.
* Travel up to four days per week across the country, meeting with existing and prospective customers.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in field sales with physical products.
* Strong relationship building skills, ideally with independent retailers.
* A self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal training.
* Friendly, approachable, and confident in connecting with entrepreneurial customers.
