We're looking for a leader for the newly opened Duchess of Kensington, located on Gloucester Road a stone's throw from the Albert Hall. It's a premium offering with an extensive wine list and seasonal menu. Service style is elevated and spend per head high, this is a role for a General Manager who knows how to deliver great service and put on a show. The Role As GM you will take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business. Being business savvy and demonstrating great commercial acumen is a must. Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. You have impeccable floor, bar and late night experience knowledge as well as late night experience.
