Job Description
We are expanding our Occupational Therapy team and seek experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. You should bring expertise, maturity, and strong time management and organizational skills.
Successful candidates will provide support to NDIS participants in areas including Maitland, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Central Coast, and surrounding areas, depending on your location.

You may work in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, or our clinic. Responsibilities include:
* Managing an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and delivering timely therapeutic services
* Assessing participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical functions through clinical observations and standardized assessments
* Interpreting findings to set individualized treatment goals
* Providing evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life and achieve participant goals
* Mentoring and supporting early career clinicians
* Staying informed about current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications
To succeed, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Experience mentoring and supervising other OTs
