Salary circa £35,000pa depending on experience

The Regulated Complaints Handler plays a critical role in ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction by effectively managing and resolving customer complaints. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
2. Investigating complaints thoroughly and providing resolutions.
3. Documenting all complaint interactions and resolutions.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer service or complaints handling role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
