1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maritime or B2B sales related role.
2. Strong commercial acumen with in-depth understanding of the ports, maritime and/or shipping industry.
3. Demonstrable experience and capability to grow business revenues and profitability.
4. Demonstrable customer services excellence.
5. A team player capable of working with others to develop and deliver team objectives.
6. Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload.
7. Ability to assert authority in order to meet agreed timescales and deadlines and to overcome problems.
Ideal
8. Estates and property management exposure.
9. Experience undertaking market and competitor analysis.
10. Experience developing in-depth pricing models including capex investments, IRR’s, NPV’s etc.
