Fully Remote - Lead Marketing Analyst We are working with a travel company who are looking to add a Lead Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote team! What you'll do: Lead and improve marketing effectiveness strategy, including attribution and channel classification Manage and integrate data from tools like Segment, Google Ads, Meta, Braze, and our data warehouse Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams on data design and solutions Build and automate reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions Mentor and grow the Marketing Analytics team Work with Product, Finance, and Marketing leadership on strategic initiatives Drive ongoing improvements in marketing analytics processes and tools What we're looking for: 5 years' experience in marketing analytics or a related field (agency background a bonus) Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Partnerships) Strong skills in attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and funnel analysis Proficient in SQL, data warehouses, BI tools, and marketing platforms Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail and clear communication Team management experience is a plus Desired Skills and Experience SQL, Marketing Attribution, GCP
